This guide defines how to install the company’s products. For example, description will be made of the installation process for ARPOCs packet.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS AND INSTALLATION

Any PC, which met the system requirements of NinjaTrader is sufficient for installing and using ARPOCs PRO software.

In case of using a great number of charts on extended desktop (multiple monitors) and big historical data volume it may be desired to enlarge RAM size and to have appropriate graphics processor. The bigger is downloaded history period, the longer is response time of indicators both while installation and settings changing.

Please do the following steps to install the “ARPOCs Pro”:

  • open a downloaded archive:

  • run the setup file ARPOCsPro.FullPack.Install.8.7.0.0.exe and follow the instructions of the installer:

  • all files needed for the “ARPOCs Pro” to work will be installed automatically.

ACTIVATION

  • start NinjaTrader platform
  • open a new chart of any trading instrument;

Make sure that the properties ”Tick Replay” is enabled. In version 8.7.x or higher is not necessary, but affects the accuracy of the Bid-Ask calculation.

  • open indicators list window (Ctrl+I or right click on the chart ® Indicators…)

  • choose installed ARPOCs Pro indicator from list and add it to chart by double click (or press Add button). Click “Apply” then click “Close”. The activation window will open:

  • you need to enter the order ID and email address, which you can find in your account on our website or in the letter that was sent to your e-mail inbox.
  • if the activation was successful, the message window will open

Now, the installation of your personal copy of ARPOCs Pro software is finished.

Activation will not be required on subsequent launches.

“ARPOCs Pro” contacts our license server on application start up for license validation. Please ensure that you grant permission to access the internet or you may receive an invalid license message.

INSTALLED SOFTWARE UPDATE.

To update software version do next:

  • download the new version of setup file from your account at our website
  • close NinjaTrader if it’s running
  • start installation wizard of updated pack and follow instructions, as shown above
  • start trading platform

When updating the software, additional activation is not required (but license key must stay in specified folder).

UNINSTALL SOFTWARE

To uninstall software do next:

  • open “Programs and Features” from Windows ControlPanel, find ARProf software, select it and press “Uninstall” button.
