DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPGRADES?
No, upgrades are free but new products will not be free. Note that as we roll out new platforms, we might need to add a small ‘switch fee’ for switching licenses between one platform and another. This depends on the amount of admin time that goes into moving licenses.

DO YOU STILL GIVE FREE TRIALS OF YOUR INDICATORS?

CAN I TRANSFER MY LICENSE TO A NEW COMPUTER DUE TO HARDWARE ISSUES?
Making purchase, you get the license for one processor for each commodity unit. You can replace some devices so far your license won’t be cancelled, but all the same you have an opportunity to correct it. Those who purchased our software after July 1st, 2018 can transfer a license to another computer by contacting support. Send us a ticket from your account and we’ll recycle your license right away.

I DOWNLOADED THE FILE BUT THE NT CAN’T IMPORT IT. WHAT TO DO?
The files of our paid packages are not archives for import. Inside each archive there is an installation file that you need to run and perform simple steps for installation.
