DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR UPGRADES?
No, upgrades are free but new products will not be free. Note that as we roll out new platforms, we might need to add a small ‘switch fee’ for switching licenses between one platform and another. This depends on the amount of admin time that goes into moving licenses.
WHICH PLATFORMS DO YOU SUPPORT?
Our software is Ninja Trader 8 plugins.
DO YOU STILL GIVE FREE TRIALS OF YOUR INDICATORS?
At the moment we provide trial versions for all products.
CAN I TRANSFER MY LICENSE TO A NEW COMPUTER DUE TO HARDWARE ISSUES?
At the moment there are no restrictions on changing PCs or hardware. You can change the license yourself in automatic mode.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD I CAN USE?
We accept payments via PayPal and WebMoney in automatic mode and in UAH, RUR or BTC by agreement.
I DOWNLOADED THE FILE BUT THE NT CAN’T IMPORT IT. WHAT TO DO?
The files of our paid packages are not archives for import. Inside each archive there is an installation file that you need to run and perform simple steps for installation.
